Venice to Milan Cycle Challenge: 15 Riders, 270 Miles, One Incredible Achievement
In September 2024, 15 dedicated cyclists took on the ultimate endurance challenge—pedalling 270 miles from Venice to Milan over four gruelling days. Between them, they completed hundreds of hours of training, cycled over 6,500 kilometres in preparation, and raised upwards of £15,000 for the Frenkel Topping Charitable Foundation.

Why It Matters
The Foundation exists for people who have been significantly impacted by injury or illness but are not entitled to a financial pay-out. All around the country, every single day, someone becomes that person. In the wrong place at the wrong time, through nobody’s fault, they suffer an injury or fall ill—and life as they know it changes forever.
The funds raised through challenges like this allow us to continue supporting those who want to move forward on their journey to a new way of life, even when compensation isn’t an option.
More Than a Bike Ride
The dedication shown by our riders went far beyond the four days in the saddle. It was the countless hours of training behind the scenes, the mental determination to keep going when legs were burning, the support offered to fellow team members, and the resilience to dust yourself down and carry on when things got tough.
