Alice Mitchell has been with Frenkel Topping Group as the Director of the Executive Office since 2023, She leads strategic initiatives, promotes team collaboration, and ensures alignment with the company’s mission. She has a strong background in personal injury and clinical negligence. Alice enjoys traveling, exploring cultures and cuisines, attending music festivals and grassroots gigs, and running—having discovered a passion for it through the ‘Couch to 5k’ program. Her ambassadorship with the charitable foundation is driven by a deep sense of justice and a commitment to helping others. She supports initiatives that empower people and promote fairness.

Laurel has been with the Reports Team at Somek & Associates since 2020, advancing to Deputy in 2021 and Team Leader in 2024. Her team ensures high-quality, clinically sound, and accessible reports. As an Ambassador for the Charitable Foundation, she is committed to helping others regain health and happiness. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gaming, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Operations Director for the Frenkel Topping Case Management Companies N-able and Keystone
Gillian has been working for Frenkel Topping Group for around 20 months, drawn by its values and commitment to supporting individuals affected by serious injury. Her role is more than a career—it aligns with her personal mission to help others rebuild their lives. This passion stems from her husband’s traumatic accident, which gave her firsthand insight into the challenges of rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities with her two dogs, finding joy and balance in nature.

Devon is a qualified Sports Therapist with over 10 years of experience. She has worked in physiotherapy clinics and Major Trauma hospitals, witnessing the challenges faced by patients and their families. Passionate about supporting individuals lacking access to funding, Devon is proud to serve as a charity ambassador. She enjoys fundraising and collaborating to achieve positive outcomes for those in need. Outside of work, she values spending time with loved ones and traveling.
